Refund Policy

Digital products

Because downloadable digital products may be delivered immediately, completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law or where the delivered files are materially defective or materially different from the stated product description.

Professional services and project work

For consulting and custom project work, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of work completed. Amounts attributable to completed work, reserved time, or non-recoverable third-party costs may be non-refundable. Any project-specific terms provided before purchase control if they differ from this general policy.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

How to request a review

Email us through the contact page with the customer name, purchase reference, service or product, date, amount, and reason for the request.
